Shipping Policies

All information collected on this website is confidential and will only be used to ship your order. Shipping times are independent of the processing time we require to process each order.

-Jewelry orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment, shipping takes 2-8 business days on average.

-We ship within the United States. If you require international shipping, please contact us for details on rates and delivery times.

-Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your shipment in real time on the UPS or USPS websites, depending on the shipping method you choose.

-In the event of your package being lost, both the customer and ElenaJewelry must complete the lost claim process with the responsible carrier, filing a report. This process takes approximately 8 to 10 business days. Once the process is complete, ElenaJewelry will resend the replacement package, and if you request a refund, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Return Policies


All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to read the information on each product carefully before purchasing.

We can only make an exception if the order you received is different from what you ordered, arrived in poor condition, was defective, or was damaged at the factory (applicable within the first 15 days of receiving the package), or the package was lost. How can I make a return?

-Contact us within the first 15 days of receiving your order. You can do so by emailing Customer Service at [company@elenajewelry1977.com].

-Provide order details and, if necessary, photos of the item to facilitate the process.

-We will send you clear instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or there was an error in shipping.

The jewel must be:
-Unused
-In its original packaging
-In the same condition as you received it
We do not accept returns on personalized, custom-made, or specially engraved products.

What if my product is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive damaged or incorrect jewelry, please contact us immediately within 15 days of receiving the package. In that case, we will send you a free replacement or, if necessary, refund your money using your original payment method.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the jewelry, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
-If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method.

-Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Additional notes

-We do not accept returns of jewelry that has been damaged by the customer .

-We reserve the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met.

-We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

We recommend checking your jewelry as soon as you receive it and keeping the original packaging . Jewelry is delicate, and proper care will help keep it in good condition.
