That photo holds nostalgia, because it was also one of my most difficult times. Together we walked through uncertainty, not knowing what awaited us or how we would get through it. I saw her fall, and I also saw her get up. I saw her take a leap of faith into the unknown, with no certainties, with more questions than answers. She decided to trust, to take a leap of faith, and walk into the unknown.
Thanks to that courage, she transformed her life: she found a new love, boosted her self-esteem, today she lives a full life, and above all, she learned to look at herself in the mirror with dignity and beauty.
